The 7-day Kathmandu Valley programme covers: Day 1 – Shivapuri National Park technical singletrack (2,732m summit trail), Day 2 – Nagarjun forest circuit and Balaju water gardens, Day 3 – Panauti to Dhulikhel heritage trail with eastern Himalayan views, Day 4 – Dhulikhel to Namobuddha monastery via forest trails, Day 5 – Bhaktapur to Changu Narayan ancient heritage trail and Nagarkot ridge road, Day 6 – Nagarkot rim trail and descent to the Banepa valley, Day 7 – Kirtipur circuit and Kathmandu old city final ride.
