Days 1–3: Kathmandu. UNESCO heritage sightseeing, cultural orientation and trekking gear check. Days 4–5: Fly to Pokhara. Sarangkot sunrise and Phewa Lake (Day 4). Tandem paragliding (Day 5). Days 6–10: Annapurna foothills trek. Nayapul to Ghorepani and Poon Hill sunrise (3,210m), then down through Ghandruk to Kimche. Mountain views and Gurung culture throughout. Days 11–12: Trishuli rafting. Road from Pokhara toward Kathmandu. 2-day Trishuli River raft with grade III–IV rapids and riverside camping. Days 13–15: Chitwan. Comprehensive wildlife safari: three jeep drives, canoe trip, jungle walk, Tharu cultural evening. Days 16–17: Kathmandu. Return to Kathmandu. Optional bungee jump (Day 16). Craft shopping in Patan and farewell dinner (Day 17). Day 18: Departure. Optional mountain flight before airport transfer.
