The Stationary Distributing Nepal Tour is a giving-back programme that combines a standard Nepal cultural and natural touring itinerary with a meaningful contribution to rural school children in communities that have limited access to basic educational materials. The programme allows travellers to carry stationary (pens, pencils, notebooks, erasers, rulers and basic art supplies) from home or purchase it locally and distribute it personally to students in selected rural schools during the tour.
The programme is designed to be genuinely useful rather than tokenistic. Schools are selected for real need (remote community schools with limited government budget allocation for educational materials rather than urban schools that have alternative supply channels), all visits are arranged in advance with school management, and the distribution is organised as part of a structured school visit that includes classroom time with students and teachers rather than a simple package handover. The touring component covers Kathmandu's UNESCO heritage sites, Chitwan National Park wildlife safari and Pokhara's mountain scenery – the same destinations as our standard Nepal tour – with the school visit typically scheduled during the Chitwan or Pokhara leg where accessible rural schools are within easy reach. Contact us for the specific school communities we work with and the recommended stationary items to bring.
Package cost always depends on the number of people travelling in your group, standard of the hotels you like to take, the mode of transportations you choose as (by private vehicle, tourist bus, plane, 4WD) and the period you are travelling (High season, Low season) etc. Please click on the next tab (INQUIRY/ BOOKING) and send us your inquiry. We will reply you with cost and other necessary details within 24 hours.
