The Jomsom Muktinath Motorbike Tour is a 12-day motorcycle adventure from Kathmandu through the dramatic Kali Gandaki gorge to the sacred Muktinath temple (3,800m) – one of Nepal's most rewarding motorbike routes, combining extraordinary road scenery with cultural and pilgrimage destinations in a journey that covers the full range of the Annapurna region landscape from subtropical Pokhara valley to the arid Mustang rain shadow.
The route: Kathmandu–Pokhara (Day 1, 206km highway), Pokhara–Beni–Tatopani (Day 2, gorge road beginning), Tatopani–Ghasa–Marpha (Day 3, upper Kali Gandaki), Marpha–Jomsom–Muktinath (Days 4–5, sacred destination), Muktinath–Kagbeni–Jomsom (Day 6, Mustang gateway exploration), Jomsom–Pokhara by various return route (Days 7–9), Pokhara–Kathmandu (Days 10–12 with cultural stops). Quality motorcycles (Royal Enfield Himalayan), experienced guide rider, backup vehicle, all accommodation and meals included. Previous motorcycle experience required. Best season: October–November and March–May.
