Pisang Peak (6,091m) rises above the Marsyangdi Valley on the Annapurna Circuit route and offers one of the finest summit views in the Annapurna region – a 360-degree panorama including Annapurna II, III and IV, Gangapurna, Manaslu and the full sweep of the Himalayan range from the Ganesh Himal to Dhaulagiri. The approach combines beautifully with the Annapurna Circuit trek, with the peak attempt slotting naturally into the acclimatisation days at Manang without requiring a separate expedition.
The standard route reaches base camp in the side valley north of Pisang village, with the summit attempt from high camp (5,400m) the following day. Technical difficulty is moderate – snow slopes and some rocky ridge sections requiring crampons and basic rope technique. Duration: 16 days. Includes: NMA-certified guide, porter, climbing equipment, all meals, teahouse accommodation, ACAP permit, Pisang Peak permit, TIMS card. Best season: October–November and April–May. For the full Annapurna Circuit context, see Getaway Nepal's Annapurna Circuit Trek.
