Ghandruk Landruk Short Hike – 4 Days

The Ghandruk–Landruk loop is one of the most rewarding short treks near Pokhara – a 4-day circuit through two of the Annapurna region's finest traditional Gurung villages, with sweeping views of Annapurna South, Machhapuchhre (Fishtail) and Hiunchuli throughout. Ghandruk (1,940m) is one of Nepal's largest and best-preserved Gurung villages, with a community museum documenting the Gurung people's extraordinary Gurkha military tradition, traditional slate-roofed houses and a commanding view of the Annapurna South face. Landruk across the Modi Khola valley offers a gentler, quieter village experience with equally fine mountain views.

Day 1: Drive Pokhara–Nayapul, hike to Ghandruk (3–4 hours). Afternoon village exploration. Day 2: Ghandruk village morning, hike down to Modi Khola and up to Landruk (3–4 hours). Day 3: Landruk morning views, hike down to New Bridge and up to Tolka (3–4 hours). Day 4: Hike down to Dhampus and drive back to Pokhara. Guide, porter, all meals, teahouse accommodation and ACAP permit included. Best season: October–November and March–May.

Day to Day Itinerary

DAY 01:
Breakfast in the hotel.

Drive to Nayapul and trek to Ghandruk village.

Trekking day 01. We walk about 5 hours today.

Overnight in Tea House.

DAY 02:
Breakfast in the tea house.

Trekking day 02, trek to Chommrong village. We walk about 4 hours today.

Overnight in Tea House.

DAY 03:
Breakfast in the tea house.

Trekking day 03, trek to Pothana Village. We walk about 4 hours today.

Overnight in Tea House.

DAY 04:
Breakfast in the tea house.

Trekking day 04, trek to Phedi We walk about 4 hours today.

Take 40 minutes drive back to Pokhara.

Transfer you to your hotel.

End of the Package.
